1.0.61 Bug Bash!
Ok, now that 1.0.61 is milling about the planet it’s time to squash some bugs. As I or you find these little buggers, I’ll add them to the list below.
A small list is a good list 😛
- SpawnActorSpread in Windowed mode firing the wrong command
- Multi Monitor setups show where Commander likes to hide it’s forms, lazy I know..
- Closing Commander from the task bar doesn’t actually close Commander (The red X does!)
- Food Rate multiplier in the Taming Calculator
- Feature parity for both Windowed and Overlay mode
- RCON dropped net socket crashing Commander
- SpawnDino ignoring Level and Summoning instead
A few things on the agenda so far, I’ll try to get all these items addressed in the next point release.

ARK Commander 1.0.6 is coming along well, I’ve had some unexpected delays due to the ongoing storms here (no power). I’m hoping to release around the same time ARK v248 drops and with a little love for the RCON fans 
Commander Feature: Introducing acTAME!
Currently a work in progress, acTAME is a taming assistant that helps you get the most out of your tames 😛 You will have the ability to create timers which overlay the game window so you never lose a tame again, each timer can be tagged with location coordinates and can be teleported to with ease. RCON is still not giving items to players, guess it’s not in the mood. flowers maybe?

Ark Commander is getting RCON back!
Although it’s been some time since I last attempted to implement rcon, unfortunately not much has changed. Command options are still severely limited making it difficult to create a compelling experience. So I’ve decided to put rcon back in Commander regardless of features and will progressively add new commands as they become available.
The Overlay gui has been tweaked to accommodate the new rcon interface (playerlist, kick, ban, tribe etc). From Primitive to Ascendant, the 6 levels of item quality are now selectable with buttons that also take the ‘Quality Generation‘ formula into account. Although you may find my implementation a little more elegant
